@GoGriddy My husband and I switched less than a month ago and I haven't been impressed with anything so far. Y'all have cost me so much in just three weeks... The fluff emails are making things worse... 


We understand you're frustrated. The grid has hit record high demands lately that no one could expect and it has sucked. And we get that. But that is why we have no contracts and no break fees. We know Griddy comes with a learning curve of the industry.
