@GoGriddy Never been on twitter but I thought this was important enough to make an account. The live prices on the app, and in messaging are reporting substantially lower price than ERCOT is charging us. I suspect you're not adding the ORDC price adders which are huge!

You're correct that those adders are not currently showing up on the dial. Our engineers are working on it and expect to have that feature added sometime this week. Just to be clear, the "thousands of dollars" are per MWh. You have to divide that by 1,000 to get to $/kWh.

I agree that you have to divide by 1,000 to get it in kWh. Griddy customers will still pay much 2-5 times more for these peak hours than your app suggests. Seems like something to fix sooner rather than later, given the forecasts for the coming few days.
