Good for you. I’m glad you’re happy. But for me, a company should provide accurate info when it represents that its app displays “real time pricing.” Some people, like me, have been relying on that info to be accurate, as advertised.

What’s Griddy going to do about members who were misled by relying on Griddy App’s inaccurate price signals to regulate their consumption? Griddy marketed itself and its App as giving members real time insight into prices that they could then use to economize their consumption.
We're doing something no other REP has attempted – trying to provide the most transparent, up-to-date info possible. Have we stumbled along the way? Yes. But we will always be here for our members to complete our mission of bringing more data & power to consumers.

Stumble? When Griddy App tells members the price is 7.7¢, but the real price is $1.30, that’s not a stumble. That’s a fail. Since Griddy encouraged members to rely on the App price, Griddy should refund customers the difference between App‘s false price and the real price.
