@GoGriddy This image is from your email about this week's insane prices. I find your casual dismissal of these prices because "members have seen great savings" as highly disingenuous to those of us out here who are scraping to get by.
We understand that this is frustrating but we are doing what we can to keep our customers in the loop. Prices were high yesterday and the day before. But the previous summer months had rates between 7-9c/kWh with average member savings of $62 in June and $53 in July.
