@GoGriddy We are getting killed today, especially since the “realtime” prices generated by your Griddy app do not actually reflect the actual charged prices after the “adders” (RTORPA or RTORDPA) are tacked on. Right?
Our dial shows the real-time wholesale price of electricity-only because that is the one thing that changes every 5 minutes.

When, during a 15 minutes period, Griddy App shows prices of 5, 4, and 5 cents, but then the settlement price ends up ten times those prices, that's a problem, specifically: the Griddy App "Current Price" leaves out "Price Adders," but Adders are included in the charged price.pic.twitter.com/rtFpYPEpRn

You should probably research whether or not the Griddy App dial includes the price for "Price Adders." I believe it does not, which is usually not a problem because Adders are usually close to zero. But during spikes like today, the Adders can be 10 times the LMP price.

When demand is normal, "Price Adders" are near zero. But when demand spikes, Adders can continue to spike even after LMP Wholesale price returns to normal. Adders can be 10X the LMP price. Griddy's "Current Price" shows only LMP price. But customers are charged for LMP+Adders.pic.twitter.com/i3tDjL7n3J

Incorrect. Price Adders also change every five minutes. The problem is, The Griddy App reports only the LMP price, and does not seem to include Price Adders, which are included in the charged price and can be very substantial in periods following price spikes, like today’s.
