@GoGriddy We are getting killed today, especially since the “realtime” prices generated by your Griddy app do not actually reflect the actual charged prices after the “adders” (RTORPA or RTORDPA) are tacked on. Right?
Correct, that is just the real-time price of electricity. The price spikes over 30 cents only .4% of the time and over $1 only 0.04%. If you accept the wholesale floating price, over the course of a year we come in about 30% less than fixed prices.

I understand that. What I don’t understand is why your app shows price at 4.7 cents per kWh, when with adders includes, the actual price is over 10x that amount. That’s not even including TDU charges, etc. This is a problem.

Our dial shows the real-time wholesale price of electricity-only because that is the one thing that changes every 5 minutes.
