The wholesale price of electricity has the ability to change every 5 minutes but we charge you every 15 minutes. We take the average of the three 5 minute intervals within that 15 minutes.

While the price changes every 5 minutes we only get billing from your meter in 15 minute intervals. So until your TDU decides to pass through those 5 minute intervals we are unable to provide you with that data. If we had it we would love to give it to you!
