Since ERCOT made the error, are Griddy customers on the hook for that price spike? Or does ERCOT somehow adjust that? Dishwasher and AC were running.

How would you front the price? Modify the 15 min interval price?
We will just calculate what your usage was for that $15 minute interval versus what the real-time price should have been and credit you the difference.

Interesting to find out what it "should" have been. Look forward to seeing my Griddy display...any thoughts about offering a 15 min view given that's what we are billed at?
