Can the retail consumer handle the spikes that come now and then?
Just so you know, the price spikes over 30 cents only .4% of the time and over $1 only 0.04%. If you accept the wholesale floating price, over the course of a year we come in about 30% less than fixed prices.

Exactly.......and....as consumers do in every other aspect of their life....if prices are too high...they reduce consumption if they can....
