      Hey, what’s a merchant services fee? Took my all-in rate to almost $0.39. 😳 I’ll be honest, I want to love you guys, but I’ve been a member for about 2 weeks and there have been a lot of surprises, between spikes and this weird fee.

      To run your credit card it costs a fee. We pass through everything without markups and charging that fee allows us to keep our membership costs down. And even with that fee over the course of a year we come in 20-30% less than fixed plans.

      Thanks for replying. I’m sure that fee is somewhere in the fine print, but it came as a surprise to me. Is it possible to do an auto draft directly from my bank account, and if so, would there be no fee?

      Of course! Yeah, it was something you had to agree to before signing up. But we're sorry it came as a surprise. Unfortunately as of right now and auto draft isn't possible, but I will make a note of your suggestion!
