Not complaining (to you) about TDSP charges ... unfortunately, I can’t control those. It is the merchant services fee and “membership” fee. Those fees were almost 1.3 c/kWh or around 14% or my bill for around 1000 kWh usage in Jan.
And about TDU delivery charges, you'll have to pay those at any provider you go to.

Completely understand your frustration, but that is how our business model works. And with those fees we come in 20-30% less than fixed price plans over the course of a year. But, we know Griddy isn't for everyone. If you find somewhere else you are happier, high five
