If you truly chose “unity over division” then you’d support the policies that the overwhelming majority of the American support like Medicare for All and a Green New Deal. You’re uniting your corporate donors who have a vested interest in maintaining the status quo.

Ryan, imagine we live in a house where the wiring is a bit screwy & has caused a fire in the kitchen.
We need to make sure we fix the wiring, but can we focus on putting the fire out first?

Not quite, he wasn’t responsible for Citizens United which is the root cause of our corrupt political system.
Of the choices on the table we only have one party that may codify a solution to that SC ruling.
And it’s not the one who currently has the arsonist in the WH.

and others would rather the house burn in flames then stop the fire at the kitchen for 4 years. If they can't remodel the house it is better to burn it down and let the arsonist start fire to the whole neighborhood.
Policy changes happen down ballot anyways...
