I don't think there's anything wrong with your hands (besides the sunburn, looks painful :() Can you check if there's a difference between WiFi and mobile data? Can you restart your device in case it's an issue with temporary files?

I have restarted my phone, and even if I save the file to my PC or copy and paste the image it does the same thing. Just tried over mobile and same thing. Clyde bot says no sir.
