    Almost there, but not yet! Norwegian Appeals court recognizes right to healthy environment, and agrees that Norwegian oil burned anywhere should be Norway's responsibility. Still, it finds that it's ok to sell Arctic oil. See you in the Supreme Court!

    Juliana case dismissed today as 9th Circuit holds climate change a matter for political branches, not courts. Panel holds 2-1 that plaintiffs lack standing because courts not in a position to redress their injuries -- can't order government to develop plan to phase out emissions.
