    Thread 👇👇👇 Delivering digital services is also about business process re-engineering. It’s not enough to apply a digital layer to a fundamentally broken business process being held together by humans. That just leads to a digitised mess. Look at as an example.

    some people like to say that the reason for poor gov digital services is "lack of empathy" or something else from the HCD lexicon. but it seems to me that the whole "digital is about people not technology" ideology also has something to do with it. digital is *also* about tech.
