perhaps you could start with Richard Wyn Jones. He gives impression he wants Wales Bill to fall. Then ask their Lordships
wouldn't you if you thought it was a retrograde step for devolution?
why ask me? You know I support the Bill. Would have thought your journalistic inquisitiveness would lead you to ask them
you support a bill that by all reports would roll back devolution? Cumbersome, inept, confusing.
In fairness, would be useful if 'independent' experts were to declare political leanings.
When can Wales have the same powers as Scotland and northern Ireland? Let us have some dignity.
