To be fair, some of the people who used mobile voting places in 2020 will use other ways of voting in 2024 if mobile voting is illegal. That's not a defense of the law, trying to disenfranchise black people to steal elections is bad even if it fails.

I am not defending the law, but if it had been in place then a lot of these people would have gone to the correct polling place had they been instructed to. So Biden still probably would have won. You can't assume none of these would have counted
