Sorry, but after the last four years, no way am I giving credit to AP or any other outlet for "not falling for spin". There has yet to be a reckoning by the media for their failures during the previous admin.

Dude. Read the memo he signed. It’s right there that he can increase admissions if he hits the 15k before the end of FY 2021. I’m not sure that the admin are the people in need of spin here.

As the most well-known fact checker out there, you can just call them liars, ya know. They’re quite similar to the last administration in the truth-telling department because they at least know they can get away with it most of the time.
