  13. A huge problem with this apples-and-oranges chart: It compares monthly job growth of 4- and 8-year terms with just one year of Biden. Trump used to do the same thing -- until his record was spoiled by the job losses in his last year. Don't count your chickens before they hatch.

  15. To the "whatabout Gorsuch?" folks: Read the Sotomayor fact check and you will see that audio shows Gorsuch was misquoted in the transcript. So that's why he wasn't fact checked. He didn't say anything wrong. But Sotomayor did.
