If you're down to make YouTube and all other forms of social media a utility then I'm right there with you. It would seem to cut against the grain of your small gov't principles though. Until then though your 1st amendment rights stop where their TOS start.

Publishers can censor to protect against libelous and slanderous speech. A platform is free speech. I blame this on cancel culture

Alex Jones is being held accountable for his conspiracy theory peddling against Sandy Hook parents. That's not being cancelled. Milo was "cancelled" because, as it turns out, there wasn't much "there", there. He still has a YouTube presence. Anyone else?
