I look for writers that are capable of thinking about their writing as a system. Where words are reusable and scalable so they don’t have to write the same damn button a thousand times. That they understand we’re not doing art but rather finding a solution to a problem

Writers who understand the language of their stakeholders and have interest on things outside of their remit. People who are curious and want to learn different things and that are generous enough to share with others what they have learned.

I've learned that empathy is not a buzz word. When I took the time to listen to journalists, read their work, and frame a story for them. I always got great coverage. With UX, this is the same. When I listen to users. Read their feedback or talk to them, the impact is HUGE!
