Yes it took me 3 days to get it sorted out. It has to do with billing information and being white listed if you try too many times

CC info has to be identical to your billing info. Like caps and spaces and all

And if you tried several times you have to call customer support so they can take you off the white list

I clicked once, and it ran my card three times and caused me to have my debit card frozen. Have not been brave enough to retry.
