thats interesting. Have you investigated what processes are running while you're streaming? i feel like it could be a ram usage thing
RAM is the one thing I think MAY be the issue. Again it never caused problems before but who knows.

Its possible something is draining your memory while your streaming. I would log into your game, start stream and then watch your processes
