whats your issue when you try to stream?
Stream is SUPER choppy like I'm dropping frames. However according to both OBS and Xsplit that isn't the case.

most common issue I see with that is people streaming at too high of a bitrate? tried lowering it to between 1750 and 2k? if so ignore me

I can drop that sucker down to 1000 and it's still crap. My Internet is even better than when I used to stream and no bueno
