      @Gizmozord @Xagnut_CTR If not a bios setting, and if the card is seated properly the only other thing I can think of is a power problem.

          @Gizmozord @Amijadethelock Well, do you have a multimeter? You can easily test the PSU by making sure it's putting the correct voltages out.
