I think it just has to land past the LoS, not be passed when it crosses out of bounds
If they rule this incomplete, how is it also not intentional grounding as it doesn’t pass the line of scrimmage before going out of bounds? #BUFvsKC?

It was either last week or the week before I swear I was watching a game where it was called for not crossing LoS before going out of bounds.
