Just a little frustrated I make less than some of the people I’m over, but because I have reached my “max increase” for the year it’s just how it is...
Yup, it can get like that, especially if you've been at a place for awhile <-, it sucks :(
I have a union gig where I get static yearly increasing until I hit my max then I get more vacation days. It's a little weird not being rewarded for the level at which you do your job but I appreciate the consistency and reliability of the increase.
