So finally talked to the person who left a note. Apparently their son was taking the driver's test and I'm going to assume they failed. xD Hopefully the kid's not going to be shook to drive forever after that. Wouldn't have minded them, you know, not hitting my car though.
...if he was taking the test...how on earth would the person giving the exam think leaving a note is good enough?!
