In before people defend Bobby Kotick because "this is normal in business and he just did his job." It shouldn't be normal. Maybe not giving executives $15 million sign on bonuses would be a great start.
The only comment I can make right now is that my heart hurts and I can’t comprehend these decisions today. My dream job was to one day be a CM for Activision Blizzard and 2019 has crushed those dreams. Fuck you Bobby Kotick. You just shit on both your employees and communities.

The fact that so much of the community team is considered non essential does say much for how he feels about the community at large. I came to Blizzard because of the games but stayed because of the community around them. Feelsbad
