I don't think I've seen the @BlizzHeroes community so against a proposed change since artifacts were introduced back in alpha then removed a week later.

I have, and I'm not a big fan unfortunately. I honestly don't think we're in such a bad state that something like this is needed, certainly not to this extent
These changes usually aren’t about fixing the state of the game. Gameplay changes are more so about keeping the game fresh and switching things up. That said, I have not played it yet...and it sounds like they missed the mark.
