Fenix nerfs don't seem *that* bad?
I don't think they are but I've only gotten 1 game in on him. He def felt like he was punished more for bad positioning though. Health nerfs usually hit pretty hard.

Yeah, but I feel like he had the potential to lose a lot of risk/reward for getting in close enough to use Plasma Cutter at later levels, especially with Aux Shields and high stacks of Adv. Targeting. I don't play much outside of AI these days though, so YMMV.
