Yep. It started with me almost immediately. I pay for 150GB down/30 up and struggle with Twitch and Netflix now and it's starting to effect my streaming with the constant spikes and throttles. Even though they "claim" they aren't throttling...pffttt
Yeah I've def been experiencing issues with streaming and Netflix that I have noticed.
