Yep. It started with me almost immediately. I pay for 150GB down/30 up and struggle with Twitch and Netflix now and it's starting to effect my streaming with the constant spikes and throttles. Even though they "claim" they aren't throttling...pffttt
The net neutrality stuff going into affect this last Tuesday explains all the issues I’ve been having with Comcast this past week...
