    READ THIS great article! So many times, particularly in end stage dementia, people ask specific complex open questions to engage conversation, which require a great amount of thought process to answer. It becomes too confusing & leads to silence, frustration or anger.

    Good communication can be key to helping somebody to live well with dementia. Here are a few of the words and questions to avoid in conversation:
