    Take a deep breath and imagine if Barack Obama had said bullshit on national television. Fox would have wall to wall coverage of it for weeks. Bigger than the tan suit. It is remarkable how we've all normalized Trump's behavior.

    that restrict entire macro groups don't work for athletic performance or sustained improvements in body comp. Consistent training & healthy eating do. Have been an athlete pretty much my whole life & learned the hard way.

    if you can’t pronounce it.... nothing. absolutely nothing. you don’t need to know how to pronounce every ingredient. you can still eat it, because this is an arbitrary and ridiculous rule, and rules don’t get to determine what you eat.
