Wisconsin is one of the states that has a trigger law in place that would ban abortions if Roe v. Wade is overturned.
That is why 2022 is crucial. If we elect Democrats up and down the ballot, and flip the Wisconsin Legislature, we can codify abortion rights in the state.

This is an honest question but why haven’t they codified in the past almost 50 years? Why wait until it’s almost taken away? And not just your State, I don’t think it’s been codified anywhere has it?
