I should also mention - I am still riddled with anxiety, but with meds and support I can manage the symptoms and rarely have serious issues

I’ve had psychology in the past and I’ve had 20mg of lexipro in the past, I’ve had do stop that as I have a psychiatrist apt in July. This in between period is hell. Das scores pushing the limits.
