Now, at the outset I'll say - this is not a representation of all healthy vs unhealthy food BUT It does give us some insight into how easy it is to prepare/eat some different healthy and unhealthy meals
True, but I've excluded shopping/ ordering time because it's fairly similar

Personally for me that is one of the biggest issue with take away. Shopping is a weekly thing that you are going to be doing anyway. When I get home and need to decide on take away or cooking the time is similar if not worse for the big mac. And I hate leaving the house again
