Last I checked there's no such thing as a woman in a womb. I, for one, didn't become a woman until at least a decade or two of breathing air.

Then you aren't checking the ACTUAL science. The woman in the womb is a distinct unrepeatable and separate genetic being from the mother. This is an undeniable scientific fact. What those women in the womb lack is the protection and freedom to become the woman they will be.
