But I’d argue the evidence base is building to show there is *something* there; esp on inflamm markers. I do agree lattes will do little but they do taste good as a rare treat ;)

Yep absolutely, the small trials plus animal models look promising though so I hope we see some more robust trials run in the future.

My PhD is on curcumin so I do think it has potential therapeutic benefit, but that story is anecdotal at best. Curcumin supplements are unlikely to do any harm, but they should not be promoted as a cure for cancer or any other disease without properly controlled trials to support
