5 things that have gotten me called a shill, rated by number of accusations: 1. Calling raw milk bad 2. Saying vaccines work 3. Questioning low-carb diets 4. Saying that artificial sweeteners are mostly ok 5. Calling turmeric "mostly useful as a spice"

Hi guys. We actually like to differentiate between those sweeteners. Stevia and xylitol are naturally derived from trees and plants, where as aspartame etc. are artificial sweeteners which we recommend you steer clear of. You can find out more here.... https://www.peppersmith.co.uk/guide-best-sugar-alternatives/ …

But aren't "diet" soft drinks bad for you? I thought studies had shown that (I don't imbibe either variety)

That’s the thread of the research I’ve read. Both bad for you but “diet” drinks arguably “less bad” (leaving aside the long-standing debate of carcinogenic sweetners). Physiological response isn’t great. Bit like vape vs. tobacco? Can you help

weird, I thought I had seen some studies suggesting aspartame and other fake sugars were still associated with diabetes risk as the real sugar containing alternative. Or perhaps it was that people who consume fake sugar are not healthier than those that consume glucose-fructose
