No, I'm saying that big macs fit in the spectrum of what healthy people normally eat; they eat some bread, some cheese, some meat, a little veges at a meal. Not ideal for reversing disease, but I don't see why it's so much better to eat junk at home that we need to demonize them.

I disagree. I think the point was that it's entirely possible for someone to eat an 'unhealthy' diet for their entire life and still live for a very long time. Similar to the centenarian smokers who are still cheerfully puffing away well into their 100s
