No, I'm saying that big macs fit in the spectrum of what healthy people normally eat; they eat some bread, some cheese, some meat, a little veges at a meal. Not ideal for reversing disease, but I don't see why it's so much better to eat junk at home that we need to demonize them.

I mean, characterizing big macs as "some bread, some cheese, some meat, a little veges" is an interesting way to look at it. You could just as easily call fries "a little potato" and thickshakes "a bit of milk"
