Although I would argue that there are certainly things you could've done to promote a more honest media representation of the study. That being said, it's a hard thing to control

I have to agree with the comments here. Your article, at the very least, contradicts your own “this is how to science” platform. The headline, the conclusion, the emotive language, the extrapolation outside the boundaries of “critical review of a paper”.

you've seen the difference in the CGM results, is it ethical to do an RCT?

So far, there are results from a sample biased in innumerable ways. The entire point of an RCT is to see if these are true results, or simply the result of selecting a population of likely responders from an already-biased population of people for whom the diet worked
