Uh, this thread has a whole lot of things that are either debatable or entirely incorrect. For one thing, MSG is fine and the mythos of "MSG intolerance" is largely to do with systemic racism against Chinese immigrants
My point is that "deleting" foods is an enormous step, one that most public health authorities take very rarely, and should be backed up with not just anecdotal but stringent evidence Otherwise, we risk demonizing entire food cultures for no good reason - i.e. Chinese food

So make that point without the “entirely incorrect” and “debateable” bits. Bc that point is taken. It doesn’t dissolve the importance of having these discussions though. And I do value all input. Ps health authorities have been wrong.
