These guidelines you speak of. They've been tested in long term RCTs or you're just guessing they work?

Oh right forgot to mute the troll. Lemme get on that

Disco has a point, can you point us to the evidence that guideline based diets actually work? Surely it will only take a small effort to detail the long term (>2 yrs) trials showing good outcomes?

That study: a) was tiny (36 people in a before/after design...lol) b) was not blinded c) found almost exactly the opposite of the thing you're saying it did - I'm guessing you didn't read the actual study You couldn't make this shit up I'm crying with laughter here

Man, it's almost like reading the sci daily article based on a press release isn't the same as reading the actual research or something

Oh gawd I'm cracking up..

. .. But I'm not surprised with your outcomes considering you specialise in Epidemiology, the science of making
up. The weakest ideology on the whole spectrum. The fact that DASH in it itself is thrown up as some saviour is a joke1 reply 0 retweets 0 likes
Lol. You clearly haven't read my op-ed, nor the guidelines, nor even the studies you cite yourself
Maybe do a tiny, minuscule bit of reading on anything even tangentially related to the matter at hand and then get back to me
