It will never work when the product is something you can't do without-the market has you over a barrel when the alternative is death, especially when one company owns the patent rights. Health care isn't a product like cars or televisions.

Absolutely! Treating it like televisions is how you get skyrocketing drug prices for little to no benefit in terms of patient outcomes
