Not at all. I'm just pointing out that the many grams of orally-ingested aluminium is circulating in your blood well before it is excreted. How is the phagocytosis of aluminium circulating in your blood before elimination via the kidneys different to that of intramuscular Al?

Right of the bat, only 0.1%-0.78 % orally ingested aluminum passes through the small intestine into systemic circulation. So for 8.64 mg orally ingested over 9 months, (using 0.78 %) only 67.3 ug enters circulation and 8.57 mg goes into feces. Agree?

The gut generally is an effective barrier to aluminum salt uptake.
