Doctors are constantly pestering healthy people to take daily multivitamins and calcium supplements. But the benefits are based more on assumptions than data http://bloom.bg/2FomlQm  pic.twitter.com/9frQLiKiel

Does this include prenatal multivitamin? Also, I know many docs that recommend aging women to take multivitamins. Probably more than you think.

My teen daughter has autism and does not eat healthy (as much as we try). Her doctor DID tell us to give her vitamins. ??? Thoughts? (And no, I won’t go back and argue with the dr over something I learned on twitter either. Just trying to learn).

I assume it's usa based doctors that promote multi-vitamins?

Main ‘vitamin pests’ are the large vitamin companies and the distribution / sales channel🤔
