Basically, even if you're an elite athlete, chances are your regular diet contains enough protein to do everything you need unless you're fasting for hours after going to the gym

This is very interesting! But 20-30 grams of protein isn’t always easy, so would it still be beneficial to have some whey protein to reach your targets? And doesn’t it also depend on the lean body mass of each individual?
